9. In order to obtain temporary injunctive relief in connection with any disagreement, pending settlement of that matter, the Parties shall have the right to file an application with a court of competent jurisdiction.

By using this Website, you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of and agree that venue is proper and convenient in courts situated in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. User agrees that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or these Terms & Conditions must be filed within 30 days after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

8. WAIVER:Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions will not constitute or be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
